What a frightening concept: to expect the government to send in troops whenever the chief executive doesn't agree with a court ruling. Sounds a bit too Soviet for my liking.

Re-read my post. It ain't just the chief executive that doesn't agree with the court ruling----IT IS ALSO THE LEGISLATURE. Thus a majority of the three branches of government has decided on one position, and the third branch is flouting it.
