Yes process won. In the long term, it is good that process won. The legal tools really just were not there, legally, after Greer did his God thing. What was needed was a federal substantive law. None was forthcoming. The Florida legislature was bitch slapped by the heavy hand of its Supreme Court. Dump state constitutions. Do it, just do it.
