Shame they made the mistake of calling Gibbs. Reminds me of Governor Bush contacting the judge about his plans (or telegraphing them in a press conference).

I don't think it happened that way -- at least, not the telegraphing via press conference.

The story I heard was that Governor Bush's office had quietly contacted staff at Morton Plant Hospital (where Terri's feeding tube had been reconnected back in 2003) to get ready to receive a patient.

Someone on the staff at Morton Plant Hospital didn't like this and called either Felos or Greer.

That's how Death Inc. got wind of Bush's plans. I myself do not believe Bush meant it to happen that way.

What he did was prevent harm (perhaps death) to others. An unarmed 'militia' attempting to storm an area guarded by armed police? That's asking for further tragedy and you know it.
