Why don't Shindler's lawyers take a different tack and apply the 14th amendment and (lack of) due process?

I believe these are the worst lawyers I have ever seen. In it for the exposure and their 15 minutes of fame.

They are not bad lawyers just because the judges refuse under any circumstance to hear them. Good judges would have found a way to the merits of the case and then made the case to us all. Their dismissiveness is as much an insult to WE THE PEOPLE as it is to the Schindlers.
