So, I read your post and, curious, I got out my little pocket constitution, and I was searching and searching and searching, and for some reason, I couldn't find a Josef MENGELE Branch. Thinking that, perhaps, I missed it as I was skimming through it, I thought it best to just politely ask you if you could give me the article number that gives the details on this branch of which you speak.

So, could you? THanks in advance. :)
