A judge DOESN't have executive powers -- Jeb should have ordered those cops to stand down, because the judge was usurping Jeb's authority. Jeb was a wimp - and Terri loses, but so does our constitutional system of government.
Let me get this straight.............you do
NOT want us in Iraq, refuse to see the progress made there and how it has effected ALL of the Middle East, but you want a bloodbath in Florida, with cops fighting whomever you think should have been called in ( the National Guard, perhaps ?) to "save" Terri ?
And FYI...no governor is in charge of the police in his state and can NOT order them to do anything.
