No it is allowing a local judge to enter into rebellion against state government. Those cops are on government payroll. Jeb Bush could have threatened to withhold their pay and pensions. That would have moved their lardy asses out of the way. "Donut break, boys! Let the governor through!"

Local law enforcement was not on the state payroll. Jeb would have been a fool to order state law enforcement to engage in physical force with local law enforcement. Alot more people than Terri would be dead...and not just the combatants.

You can't possibly be that ignorant. The governor does not have the power to withhold COUNTY OR CITY FUNDS WHICH PAY FOR LOCAL POLICE.
