We STILL have to deal with the issue of judges, we STILL have to deal with protecting marriage, we STILL have to deal with private SS accounts, we STILL have to deal with permanent tax cuts. The RATS would just love to see republicans burn their own neighborhood.
So we lick our wounds, pick ourselves up, and go and attack the ENEMY as identified. The enemy is CLEARLY the judiciary, the enemy is the democrats who stood silent OR openly voted against terri. THAT is who we have to deal with. Attacking Jeb or GW only gives aid and comfort to the enemy.

Learned, lot's of practice over many years. Plus I so enjoyed proving I am right. Unfortunately I only get to play for real in my field, but I have won more then a few hopeless fights. I have done guardianship cases as an attorney. I would have an difficult time accepting Greers arrogance as the norm. I have been at hearings in the hospital room, I have had living wills challenged. I have NEVER had a situation with a husband/wife having a lover and new family.
Respectfully, quite often there are only a handful of judges (or magistrates) who handle the incapacity hearings. If there are only two, then a review would be passed on to the other judge who would affirm whatever their friend next door did. The reality is that judges DO know each other and will have a tendency to protect their own.
Greer has basically screwed up and his ALL of FL will now pay a price for his song and dance.
There are many good suggestions out there including yours. It is just a question of which ones we WILL have the Republican controled legislature of FL write into law and adopt.
Jeb Bush can still sign that into law.
