That's a bizarre concept. You have to be elected to a position before you can criticize another elected official? When was this rule written?

"Never mind all that!"
Sort of reminds you of shoes and other feet, huh? Some people just can't be pleased!!
To: Fitzcarraldo
what's happening to Terri could be happening to hundreds of patients a dayTry to get a grip; Hospice is not a killing machine.

W had no choice but to sign whatever bill he was given by Congress that might help save Terri. If the law is lacking, blame the Senate for watering it down. I'd like to see the Senate revert back to being selected by state legislatures, rather than by popular vote. There'd be much less posturing for the public by those 100 prima donnas.

Barbra Streisand! I'd tell you what your middle name REALLY is,but I'd get a suspension and you aren't worth that.
And my nic had to do with Clinton.

Now, now, don't try to bring reason into the discussion.

OK, first I have proven that you only respond to attacks on you as a poster. Score (yet another) one for me.
And YOU'll attack the messenger
And here is another AmishDude prediction having come true (BTW, note the parenthetical in the title, which is a common feature of churchillbuff threads.):
Alan Keyes on Farah's WorldNetDaily Radioactive ("Reagan would have had the stones to save Terri")

Yes, it's called shooting the messenger.

Same feces, different thread.
I blame you for not making a citizen's arrest of Judge Greer. It's your fault. Where were you, tough guy?

A Bulimics weight goes up and down all the time. Anorexics are very skinny. Bulimics have other signs to their appearance. p>

From this one poster alone, in the thousands, no doubt.
Somebody needs some attention.

'm sure many people feel like that. Let me ask you today: Is anyone excited about the possibility of a third Bush administration?
Not anymore

I am concerned that in Florida, especially in Pinelas County, that hospices ARE killing machines. There is something very odd about the interconnections between the judge, the attorney, the hospice, Scientology, etc. etc.
I hope someone can figure out a way to investigate them.

"People wake up. The Republican leadership could care less about abortion"It's just something they forget about after being elected. Pro-life is like a 4 year chicada who surfaces only during presidential elections.
Jeb should have the gonads of Dubya who did not let the constitution requirement of who should declare war interfere with his invading Iraq.

You haven't a clue, newbie. Your understanding of politics is bellow the most cretinous poster on DU.
To: sinkspur
Also, Jeb will lose Florida to a Democrat.
Yo JonBoy!
Jeb can't run again.
It does not matter, a Democrat will win. The REPUBLICANS in Florida allowed Terri to be murdered. They will not get the Conservative vote. Hilary will pull out all stops to win Florida. Wake up and stop drinking the Republican Kool-Aid. The Republicans in Florida & Washington could have saved Terri & did not.
To: sinkspur
what the rationale for contesting this case is. Conflict between "right to die" advocates, such as Felos and 'err on the side of life' advocates like the Catholic church, etc.

That family has had problems for years and to make it a
problem for the rest of the country is sick.
Why don't all you third party types go down and feed her.
If not, then shut up. You folks are the armchair generals.
It is your type that went third party and gave us Carter and Clinton.

Well, in this case the family wants her alive. Some strange person with her last name who is living with a common law wife seems to insist differently.

I'm waiting for someone to post "Vote for Hillary, she's the only one who can save us now!"
What they are doing is speaking from their hearts (most of them) out of grief looking for someone or some people to justify their anger, some just want to stir the pot. Decisions based purely on emotion versus common sense never lead to the right answers. Terri is but one of many on a feeding tube and all the others have gone without notice except for the Pope because of the new media such as radio and the Internet which has caused a whole new realm in which the information can be dispersed and used to mobilize the masses for a cause. This last election, Dan Rather, etc. were directly effected by the Internet and its users. What they need to do is calm down and come to a sensible direction to move in and not in mass hysteria. Eating your own will only make you weaker and more vulnerable to the ACLU and others who will not give one inch and they will use this type of split to their advantage. These people calling the Bush's out like this only help the agenda of the left.
