State Rep. Charged in Anthrax Hoax

Glenshaw (AP) State Rep. Jeffrey E. Habay was charged Wednesday for allegedly lying about a white powder he said he received in the mail from a contituent who was critical of him.

Allegheny County authorities charged Habay, 38, with facsimile weapons of mass destruction, falsely incriminating another and fictious reports for claiming in May that he received an envelope in his home that contained a suspicious white powder.

Wow I didn't know there were facsimile laws out there. Wouldn't that cause trouble for the fecalgram folks as well?

This nut is a Republican, but unless I'm reading this wrong, he ran as both a Democrat and a Republican

I think it's where you fax a black sheet of paper to someone, and when it's about halfway through, you tape the ends together to form an endless loop. This results in a waste of their paper and it uses up all their ink.
