I think what is happening with this case is scary but feel that an executive against judicial showdown may not be what we want in the long run.
I may be accused of being heartless but I can`t refrain from looking beyond the immediate result of what many would like should the executive branch force this issue.I am unsure as to how to reign this in.I fear executive force may not succeed in the long run pushing this cause backward not forward.

Anyone semi-rational will be accused of being heartless by those willing to believe the Schindlers. And I haven't even discussed the financial implications of a Schindler win.

This is a disaster for conservatives and will come back to haunt us. The Schindleristas have thrown every conservative principle over for political expediency and you are right to fear their impact. Any time emotion trumps rationality there is reason to fear.
