They will NEVER actually question the rulings on the purported 'Facts' of this case by the Tin Horn in Panellas.

"Findings of fact" as they're called are very difficult to overturn.

Agree. That is why a de novo review of the matter was necessary. The Appeals process is inadequate to attack what I believe to have been a questionable finding by a conflicted judge. I won't reiterate all of the defects in these 'Facts' but IMO there was more than enough uncertainty to warrant a stay of the order pending a de novo review.
