The "don't ask Jeb to do anything if you aren't ready to shoot your way into the hospice" argument has been blown up long ago. Try to keep up.

Jeb is the governor, not you or I. Terri's parents aren't asking for you or I to break into the hospice. They ARE asking Jeb to intervene. Evidently, you want us to do something that has ZERO chance of succeeding and would be absolutely against the parents' wishes. Also, by your reasoning, if the parents aren't willing to make a commando raid, then they have no right to ask Jeb for help or to criticize his lack of action. ABSOLUTE, 100% GARBAGE.

Gov. had the executive power to remove Terri.

Judge George the Butcher Greer issued an illegal order saying "don't do it".

Gov. Bush obeyed.

I have lost a great deal of respect for the man.

Certainly won't support him for other office.

Nobody said they should be trying to harm anyone.

What about just being there and try to get into the room peacefully and forcing them to arrest you. Do you think it would make everyone reconsider their positions if thousands of people are being arrested daily?

Or what about a hunger strike. I haven't seen anyone willing to do that either.

Is Jeb Bush doing everything he can? No. But who is? Few of us are the kind of Saint that would lay down their life/career etc for a friend, much less a stranger. It doesn't make him a bad person, at least, he's no worse than any of us.
