I tend to agree with you there. But he's right on this issue (if you prune away some of his excess bombast). Jeb Bush has an obligation to protect an innocent citizen of his state who is being unjustly killed by a judge's order. Also, Jeb Bush has an obligation not to let a backwater judge impeded the investigative authority of the state family and children agency, and of state law enforcement officials.
But instead of protecting a citizen who's being deliberately starved to death, and instead of defending the executive branch against an unconstitutional assault by a swamp judge, Jeb has gone into fetal position. W too.
