Okay...People actually threatened this guy. And someone had the idea of offering a $15 reward for capturing each of the cats. Now I've lived in areas with feral cat colonies and I wouldn't get within ten feet of them. They are wild, in-bred, and carry diseases that can spread to your pets. And they wouldn't exist if pet owners had been responsible in the first place.{Sheese, I sound like Bob Barker.}
He wanted to kill ANY cat without a collar. Cats are geniuses at slipping out of collars.
We also lived in an area where the city folks loved to dump their unwanted dogs and cats. Little girl up the road contracted some skin disease from one of the stray dogs. Almost killer her. We now shoot to kill and ask questions later in order to protect ourselves and our neighbors children.
