Yup. The Schindler lawyers were certainly outlawyered in the first trial, the Schindlers had a very hard time even finding a lawyer to initially take the case, while Michael Schiavo had the settlement money to go lawyer hunting. The Schindlers' lawyers are much better now, but they are still behind the eight ball, since the 'facts' of the case are now established legally. I just hope this reviewing of the facts works.
Well this is de novo. Sekulow will be able to argue this "from scratch" to Whittemore. The result could be light years better than what the Schindlers suffered in the mockery that Florida calls courts.
