Just posted a thread breaking on CNN that there has been another appeal sought by the 11th Circuit Court.

Actually, the court is just following the de novo instructions. The diestrict court legally should have looked at the facts of the case again, not just the rulings and processes. Yes, it may well be a last ditch effort, but isn't worth a try?
