I am truly disgusted at the attempted burglary charge. What a load of horse manure. He should fight this and sue the police for false arrest on a trumped up charge.
Suppose the reason is because Terri is in a private room, and no one is allowed to enter it without permission. To do so would constitute burglary. It sounds crass and unfair, but I believe anyone so motivated out of love wouldn't care much what label society chooses to ascribe anyway. Perhaps there should be a new category of offense: "Willful disobedience to a law motivated by personal conviction or conscience."
