Do you know how Michael became a nurse and why he said he wanted to be a nurse?

He was suing a doctor. He said he needed money to pay for his education to become a nurse. That way, he could care for his wife forever.
He won $2 million dollars for training and Terri's life time support.
After he got the money, 7 years after the accident, he "remembered" she wanted to die.
So much for wanting to "care for Terri."

Can we at least agree that he should have found a new home for her cats instead of putting them to sleep? Reading about that just did not give me a warm fuzzy about him.
