Much like Carter, McGovern never met a tin pot dictator or thug commie he didn't like. McGovern has so many downright scary ideas, I can only laud 1972 voters for helping Nixon trounce his butt.

Can we all agree that McGovern is brain-dead and should be removed from life support? The 'Rats shouldn't mind, since he'll still be a registered 'Rat voter!

Actually he wasn't a fan of Pol Pot. He wanted the military to intervene in the late 70s in Cambodia. I guess he felt a twinge of guilt about the holocaust in Indochina that he and the left brought cutting off Vietnam.
