Would prosecuting a just war against Communists who planned world domination, and had just conquered half of Europe, required, as per your own hyperbole "nuking half the world's population?" I think not. As of the late 40s, WE WERE THE ONLY NATION WITH THE BOMB. Don't you get it? We would not have had to use it very much! I think you have revealed yourself here as one of the very active discreditors of the Clausewitzian view, and as one of the wrong headed utopians who led us into the UN charade, who so poorly advised the US during the late 1940s!
