CHILDREN should NOT BE PLAYING games for ADULTS. Having played GTA, it's clearly not for kids. I think teenagers could play it with adult supervision, but that's a decision for the parents.

What kind of adult would want to play a game about stealing cars, having sex with prostitutes and murdering them?
