She can't see. She only has reflexive actions, involuntary ones. She has no emotions, other than the fictional ones made up by those who want her to have that which she doesn't. She has no cerebral cortex. She does have a brainstem that governs primitive reactions, such as breathing and reflexive actions. I'm sorry to say that it is you who is most uninformed, and you make things up to fit your delusions and then you project your emotions onto a woman in a persistent vegetative state.
