And the small town, crony infested judiciary and LE of Pinellas county. MS is fortunate to have found a Death Zealot like Felos and to have the money from the malpractice award to engage this nut job on the case. This has made all the difference. See: "Why Terri's Parents Lost: The Real Story" -

If Jeb grabbed Terry, saying the judges' rulings are unconstitutional, how would he go to jail?

He could state that the executive is a co-equal branch of government and thus has an equal opportunity to voice which laws are constitutional or not. In essence, as a co-equal partner in government, the executive can make arguments on which statutes are constitutional or not.

As such, it would be up to the legislature to impeach Jeb or not. If he were impeached, he would make his case before the legislation and the lawmakers would vote to remove him or not.

This scenario, I believe, is allowed under Florida law.
