That's what I'm think Wendy's corporate will do... I wouldn't want the local owner of the franchise to get hit with this. After all, they order that food (chili) prepackaged, so it's not their fault.

I'm just for once, neutral on one of these stories. Most of the time it's so obvious someone is looking for cash. This time... not so sure. I mean, how do you find a finger tip? Does her friend work at the morgue?? Doubtful.

Has anyone claimed to have a missing finger?

Maybe it was the owner, Dave's finger.. Did the courts rule that a finger in chili isn't against the law? I'm surprised this wasn't in Florida.
