I know it was a terrible experience, but by the time the lawyers are done, the people who own the Wenys will loss everything they own,....The lawyers will get most of the ransom...... and the plaintiff will get enough to buy a new cadillac.
If so, this goes up the chain, I would think, and shouldn't wipe out the franchise holders. They would have some legal grounds themselves, as they pay a chunk of money for the franchise, and no one is going to want to eat there unless they are looking for a 'jackpot' meal.
Makes you wonder what country the meat comes from. (It could be genuine Mexican food, after all...)
