Some personnel decisions or indecisions made my the administration are puzzling. They did not clean the house when they should have. And that did not bring them any praise from the opponents anyway.

I understand that cleaning the state department may be the most difficult task, but its got to be done.

I respect Dr. Rise, but I'd prefer to see Newt in her place now.
