Just listening to Rush and a special report came over the radio and the reporter said that Pope may be given a feeding tube.
You said it before I could, and probably better.
Doesn't surprise me. He's having trouble swallowing. I watched him try to give the blessing Sunday and his voice didn't work. Seemed energetic, but no talkee.
Why not put Bill Clinton in there too! And push the DOWN button on the elevator .
I'm trying to imagine a Pope married to a slutty babe living with another man and their two children. I'm running into problems with that long before I get to the feeding tube part.
Knowing this Pope, he would have a Feeding Tube put in just in Deference and Reverence of Terri's Fight. He has been such a strong supporter. I hope someone is telling her how much Il Papa knows of her and loves her and is praying for her.
LOL He couldn't speak anymore and was dying of cancer, so he wrote the instructions on a note to his wife the evening of Nov 21, 1963. She obliged and next morning Aldous went tripping off to the great beyond.
That's in very poor taste.
TERRI is Catholic. I have no idea what the HINO is. If he's RC he can't be in very good standing, though apparently the local Bishop does not support Terri.
Goosebumbs
oops I mean goosebumPs
According to St. Malachy, we are about to run out of Popes.
Q: Does the Pope, or anyone else, have the moral right to refuse the feeding tube?
If that list is exhaustive, and there is no reason to believe it is, then we have to more to go.
It is not without danger.
Jesus answered and said unto her, If thou knewest the gift of God, and who it is that saith to thee, Give me to drink; thou wouldest have asked of him, and he would have given thee living water.
Jhn 4:11 The woman saith unto him, Sir, thou hast nothing to draw with, and the well is deep: from whence then hast thou that living water?
Jhn 4:12 Art thou greater than our father Jacob, which gave us the well, and drank thereof himself, and his children, and his cattle?
Jhn 4:13 Jesus answered and said unto her, Whosoever drinketh of this water shall thirst again:
Jhn 4:14 But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.
Florida has had some pretty bad luck with their bishops.
YEs, it was called "the Passion of the Christ"
Do Gooses have bumbs?
Clever, but FWIW, my comment was regarding Aldous Huxley.
How can there be no reason to believe that it's exhaustive? The list supposedly chronicles all the Popes to the End of Time. Pope John Paul II is then De Labore Solis (The Eclipse of the Sun), to be followed by Gloria Olivae (Glory of Olives), and Petrus Romanus (Peter the Roman) who will reign in extreme persecution, ending with the destruction of Rome and the Final Judgment.
