The clerk was using a DE 50? Dang but that had to have made some big holes. Am guessing the bad guy was also on fire from all the muzzle blasts!

The perp was a mental case. Depressive I think.
He was hit buy only 2 shooters. The off duty cop and the store owner. He was killed by the 10mm the store owner used.
He had 4 holes in him when he was autopsied.
2 in from the cop's 9mm.
1 in, 1 out from the 10mm.
As they say... Dead Right There.
