One worthy organization I know of is called www.godsairforce.com. It is run by a Lebanese-American,Dr Elias Malki,and broadcasts the Gospel, in Arabic, from Cyprus, to a lot of the Middle East.
This is a very effective way to reach people there, as one may listen in the privacy of their home, while publically inquiring about Christianity might bring severe punishment.
Dr Malki comes to our church and speaks about his mission about once a year, and shares some of the letters they receive from Muslims who hear the broadcasts.
