"Do you have any shame at all?"

Occassionally.

So what would a autopsy prove ?

First there was the story about how mike supposely tried to kill his wife by insulin overdose.

Then there is the story how he supposely tried to choke his wife to death.

QUESS WHAT?

SO MUCH TIME AS PAST BY ON THESE TWO THEORIES THAT NEITHER ONE OF THESE COULD NEVER BE PROVEN.

I SUPPOSE INSULIN TRACES BY INJECTION WOULD HAVE DISAPPEARED FROM HER ORGAN AND FATTY TISSUE A LONG TIME AGO.

AS FAR AS THE NECK INJURIES ARE CONCERNED THEY WOULD HAVE HEALED A LONG TIME AGO.

It's really sad in cases like these if the state of florida wanted to conduct an murder investigation againest mike schiavo they would have to wait until terri dies.

I would also suspect that the actual autopsy would not be performed by a local coroner but probably would be performed by the state coroner's office.

In this case they would not need a autopsy to to establish criminial intent to committ murder but the state of florida would merely have to prove there was a money trail (misappropriated trust funds or life insurance policies that were taken out on terri's eventual death) that could be traced to george felos and mike's other attorneys to effect his wife's death.

There has too many inconsistent statements that mike schiavo has been making lately that would indicate all of the public exposure to this case is starting to rattle him and i am quite sure he will stub his toe and eventually incriminate himself.

ALL HE WOULD HAVE TO DO IS MAKE SOME OUT OF TURN REMARK THAT WOULD CAST SUSPICION ON HIMSELF.

HE HAS THE AURA OF A PATHOLOGICAL LIAR.

HE NEEDS TO TAKE A POLYGRAPTH TEST.

If he was served an arrest warrant and the police investigators starting sweating him he would probabaly crack and he would be singing like a canary.

You what the irony of this would be?

conspriracy to committ murder is just as bad as actually doing it and would it be a strange twist of fate mike would be tried and sentenced to death for murdering his wife and he would be executed by lethal injection.

Both of them would be dead.

It would be a story for a episode of tales from the cyrpt.

TILL DEATH DO WE PART.................

Are they just going to check for ONLY brain damage, or are they going to check her entire body?

Here's an excerpt from a website that keeps crashing. I suspect hackers.

http://www.zimp.org/stuff/03%20-%20WalkerDepositionDepo.htm
November 21, 2003, deposition
(excerpt) taken from Dr. Walker, a board-certified radiologist at Manatee Memorial Hospital. Dr. Walker is the doctor that prepared the bone-scan report from the image of Terri Schiavo taken on March 5, 1991.
++++
Q I realize you can't assign a cause to
20 these injuries that you picked up in this report.
21 But typically in your experience, what would be the
22 causes of this pattern of abnormality?
23 A In somebody her age, an auto accident is
24 by far the most typical cause.
+++++
And Terri never HAD an auto accident!!

Hello, the post flat out said that the ME was either bought or that Schiavo had the goods on him. You don't consider that to be a bit paranoid? The guy has done nothing to warrant any suspicion here.

You can be certain of one fact, the outcome is already known. He will not allow an autopsy of the body that might reveal injuries consistent with any abuse. That is for certain. Under the present circumstances, it should be a given that she receive a full-body autopsy to answer all questions. I think it will be to his advantage to starve her as more atrophy might be apparent through this means than if she'd been given a lethal dose of something. How well he played his cards!

I don';t hink he "has" anything on the coroner, but would wager that the "good" doc will BS his way through the autopsy.

Remember Pinellas County has to cover their collective asses as well. They don't need any threats from Michael S. to goad them along.

If they DID do a proper autopsy and find what we would expect, they will not report it. If they did there would not only be an innocent dead woman, but also a helluva lot of dead careers as well.

They have too much to lose.

The whole article was admittedly hearsay. The poster said he heard it on the radio. After which he speculated regarding the outcome. I was not implying anything else. Do you have any data regarding this ME?? Would be more than happy to see information about this person, and findings from this office.

Yes, after what appears to be corruption on a massive scale in Pinellas County; I'd really trust that this was an honestly done autopsy. Plus, I wonder how much damage will be the result of dehydration of the brain cells, and how much will be able to be evaluated after that kind of damage.

What a crock... it is mandated by law. And CNN is acting like he's a hero. We can't afford this level of lying in this country.

For him to have her cut up is like him having a lab rat that he's killed, dissected. He has a kinky interest in the autopsy.

I think he will control the autopsy so there is no bone scan for her broken bones when he abused her Plus the autopsy is mandatory anyway before cremation is Florida (I think)

If Florida's law requires an autopsy it should require who does it, as it might be not too hard to pay someone off or find someone who is willing for one reason or another to do your bidding.

"The whole article was admittedly hearsay. The poster said he heard it on the radio."

Go back and look. There is a link to CNN. I would not post until I had definite information. I heard the ABC news radio story and then came home and found a CNN article.

Now the rest of my stuff, was by my own admission speculation as to motive, etc. The story part is real.

Why should a suspect husband pick the coroner? Obviously the law is there so that if a murder happened it can not be covered up with cremation.

"I think he will control the autopsy so there is no bone scan for her broken bones when he abused her Plus the autopsy is mandatory anyway before cremation is Florida (I think)"

Someone posted the actual law earlier Monday. I think (I don't know) that the M.E. can order an autopsy, but it is not required. Here in my state of Oklahoma, the M.E. must sign off before a cremation can be performed, but that does not mean one is required.

RE: post # 3, I meant to say: "If Michael wants an autopsy, the fix MUST be in!!! He's probably got something on...that he would not want revealed." I obviously have no idea one way or the other.

What if he ships her out of state after death and has her cremated there? Can he do that, I wonder? Or would the autopsy rule still apply?

Will the autopsy be public information? That is one of the main questions to be asked. If it is not, then I'll bet big that the plan is as follows:

That pathological liar Felos will spout out some selected portions or phony characterizations of what was written ("Yes, Terri looks so beautiful and peaceful"), and then the MSM will run with that 24/7, saying "See!".

Terri Schiavo's husband has asked that an autopsy be performed on his wife after she dies so that a full report can be done on the extent of her brain damage, an attorney for Michael Schiavo said Monday.

Gee .. nice of him to ask

Considering by law .. he couldn't block it if he tried

I cannot find the webpage, but one site reviewing felos's book included a list of felos's accomplishments. The most interesting one was "shaping public opinion." This is an example felos attempting to shape public opinion.

Watch him next time. Every word he says is spoken with the intent to manipulate public opinion.
