Impeachment is a check. It has not been exercised ever based on errant decisions. But never say never. If that is what one is proposing, one is free to argue that. That is within the law. And of course, judges are appointed by the executive branch, or in the case of state judges like Greer, elected, or at least re-elected. Greer in fact was re-elected with the Schiavo case as an issue. That is something of a check too.

jpsb, I don't feel I have anything to apologize in my post. It was my honest, considered opinion. I call them as I see them.
