First, if you read my multiple posts on this thread, I have stated regularly that I do not think that Jeb should have gone in after TS...just that he was able to do so if he wanted to.
However, he never should have made intimations to the fact that he was contemplating doing so, UNLESS HE WAS GOING TO DO IT. To do this, he severely injured his standing as a 'co-equal' branch of the FL government.
To make matters worse, he apparently backed down with news reporting that the Pinellas County Sheriff 'was siding with Judge Greer' and intended to enforce the court order, even though the Sheriff's superior in the FL COC is Bush.
My point is that Bush looks like a fool here. Either he should have gone in and got her or not...but to make a motion to and then 'stand down' after initiating action to this extent based on the actions of Judge Greer and the local Sheriff has effectively rendered himself impotent in future state affairs.
Okay, Ethrane - then we don't disagree on that much. However, I don't think anything Jeb has failed to do has been from a lack of will. He was sworn to uphold the laws of the state of Florida, whether he thinks they're good laws or not.
