For some that is true, but lumping everyone together like that is wrong. Turning on each other when things don't go our way is weak. We need to be strong and keep working towards out political goals. It is impossible for any Republican politician to satisfy the wishes of all Republicans because we are a mixed bag of opinions that lean (in general) in the same direction. The majority of conservatives don't want Terri to die and they're very saddened by what is happening while others fear the political fallout of what may happen if we go to far. I don't believe we can save Terri at this point but it serves as a rallying cry to fight for the SCOUTUS nominations for future battles. If Michael has done Terri wrong then GOD will settle the issue when the time comes for both of them. I don't like what is happening to Terri, we wouldn't treat a dog this way, or even a terrorist in captivity. Let this tragic incident make us stronger, not weaker.

Hey, we didn't fight for so long for conservative leadership in this country to hear them talk about conservative values. Nothing wins in politics better than strong, determined action. I expect the leaders I helped put into power to act...not talk and manuever for the next SCOTUS appointee or election. Letting Ms Schiavo die is going to have repurcussions far beyond this issue.
