A whole glass of water at once would drown her, but not a drip comparable to the saliva flow that she had been swallowing.

as she can't swallow. What is your opinion of the posts here that say
"It's obvious Terri can swallow, since she hasn't choked on her saliva."

I heard on CNN Radio News during the Sean Hannity Radio Program that a spokesperson for the hospice that Terri is being killed at said that she will die of natural causes and they are not hastening her death. If the hospice likes to have people die of natural causes, why didn't they think to deprive Terri of oxygen?
Why didn't they place her in a tiny, hermetically sealed room to which no air would be added?
Terri would have used up all the oxygen quickly and would have died of a "natural death" of asphyxiation.

I agree with you. People with bulimia are not "mentally sound."
Also, Terri might have been depressed at the time she allegedly made the "no tubes" statement.
When a depressed person says "I don't deserve to live" or "I don't want to be a burden on anyone," other people don't respond by saying, "Okay. We'll help you die."

I sure hope someone else is in the room with Terri when Felos is there. His fascination with the near-dead borders on necrophilia. I keep wondering why Felos is even allowed in the room with Terri.
He is not a family member or a friend. Felos should allow others to spend this precious time with Terri.

And then there is suction.... Which Terri hasn't needed. That's the point!

To: ukie
Did Greer take Terri's state of mind or her intentions into account?
Michael said she was bulimic. How much did the bulimia, and whatever underlying cause brought it on, affect her feelings about her worth? (Remember -- Michael said he would divorce her if she got fat.)
Was Terri depressed? Do we encourage depressed people to kill themselves because they say, " I don't want to live" or "I don't want to be a burden on others"?
Did Terri say, "No tubes for me," in order to make someone else feel comfortable with a decision they made for their relative?
Did Terri really realize her words would be mentally filed away to be used later to justify starving her?
Did anyone warn Terri that they were going to consider her words as her final declaration about what she wanted done to her.
George Felos says:---"Murderers get Miranda rights and the right to remain silent, but Terri's casual words can kill her."

The ghouls would not have wanted it. Too easy. Too fast. They rejoice in her needless suffering.
But, you are right, that's natural...Maybe Judge Greer will order that for his next victim.
