My post was in response to the previous post: What would I want, what would I do in the Schindler's shoes.
Please do not twist my words.
I have read data that does not create the same timeline or suspicions your readings have created for you.
I do not believe Michael Schiavo is perfect, and I believe the Schindlers are extremely controlling. They have manipulated data to the extreme.
Your interpretations of what you've read is different from my interpretations.
Good thing we live in America, isn't it?
So show me your timeline. A timeline is generally not something that can be "interpreted". NONE of my information comes from the Schindlers, though some of the court docs I've referenced are posted the terrisfight.org website as they are indexed and easy to locate. My comments are not based on "suspicions" but on court documents, sworn testimony and independent reporters following the case. However, I would love some verification of "data" the Schindlers "manipulated" and of their being "extremely controlling". Considering THEY have had to petition the courts for visitation rights and Terri's medical records after Michael has refused them access, evidence of the Schindler's extreme control seems in rather short supply. Below you can find the resources I used to "interpret" the facts I presented. As you can see, none comes from statements made by either Michael or Terri's parents, since both points of view are colored by their personal involvement in this sad tragedy. I trust the "data" and "timeline" you used to reach your "interpretation" don't have the taint of first person bias. If they do, you need to do more research, instead of "choosing" a side to believe and a side to disbelieve.
My information about Cindy Shook is from her deposition, you can find excerpts here: http://hyscience.typepad.com/hyscience/2005/02/michael_schiavo_1.html. Her "timeline" is supported by documents showing they vacationed together at a motel and contacted a real estate agent about purchasing a house (not generally something one does with someone one only has a casual relationship with).
