What if President Bush intervened for Terri? What would that change in the laws of the State of Florida? Nothing. A week later, a month later, someone else would get the plug pulled in a similar manner, and this time there won't be millions of people to make a ruckus. If all these folks are really serious about preventing this from happening again, they need to quit attacking those who are saying this is a state problem and fix the problem in their respective states - by lobbying their representatives to change the laws that allow this kind of thing to happen.
