How many times must this stupid recommendation be reposted? You can't grant clemency or a pardon to someone not accused/convicted of a crime...

I just get upset with Congress, if they bother to issue an order or sopeaena (no clue how to spell it) for her to come to the hill, they're showing me nothing by not enforcing it...
