Yes, the Chelan County Judge has called a hearing to cut off discovery for next week or the next. Trial will happen in Mid-May.

The longer it takes the more illegal votes the County's are finding and striking them from the rolls and referring the cases to the prosecutors. King County alone has removed from the rolls over 200 felons that voted illegally. Fraudoire stole the election by 129 votes.

The theory is the judge will through out the election based on the states county auditors & prosecutors work correcting their flawed voter roles. The judge has canceled an election before for less. I think it's pretty damn good stratergery.

The Republicans will win this. They have too, or you'll see it repeated...often.
