Jury nullification. . . .strikes terror in the black hearts of lawyers and judges. . .you know, those guys that can argue both sides because they have no morals. Guilt or innocence is a question that is never really ind doubt in most cases, and hired guns don't give a with about what is fair. Fairness has nothing to do with the law.
