But then what? I'm all for anything that will save Terri, but will the State of Florida then have custody of her indefinitely? How will Florida be able to ignore the courts completely and kick Michael out as guardian?

Once the State takes custody, I believe that guardianship would have been taken away from MS. It can then be assigned to Terri's parents. As you know, Terri's parents have stated in no uncertain terms that they are more than willing to take Terri in their custody. Moreover, lots of people are will to help financiall or otherwise, including me.
