Putting the statements in your posts together, you were saying that what government does is God's will. So that can either mean that nothing government does is evil, or that God can will things that are evil. If the latter, then it's presumably so that we could fight it that God would will such evil things. At that point, it would have little impact on the Schiavo debate, since it wouldn't really matter where the evil came from, as long as we fight it unitedly.
If that's not what you're saying, then I don't know if I can imagine your point.
Nothing that happens is outside of God's sovereign control. He
allows evil things to happen. If He wanted to stop [insert tragedy here] from happening, He would because He can.
You cannot take a breath outside of God's will; the same goes for Hitler, Saddam, Pol Pot, OBL, etc. He knows precisely what you're going to do this evening, tomorrow, next month, next year, and every remaining second of your life. He knew everything you and the others I mentioned would ever think or say or do before He ever created them.
