Every Congressman and Every Senator has immunity.

Any of these grandstanding, crocodile-tear-shedding, elitist morons could have got on a plane, flown down to Florida, and walked right past any guard or policeman, and sat down and spoon-fed Terri water and / or food. They cannot be arrested.

"Every Congressman and Every Senator has immunity."

False. Article I, Section 6, clause 1 of the Constitution provides that they have privilege from arrest while in session or when coming or going to session, EXCEPT in cases of treason, felony or breach of the peace. So basically, they are only privileged from arrest in cases of "civil arrest," not in criminal cases. If they violate a judicial order, they are subject to criminal sanctions.

The same goes for Governor Bush. But that's not to say that Governor Bush shouldn't risk facing criminal penalties in order to save Terri's life.
