Removing the calories from fat and carbs, I get appx. 34 g of protein, too. Skip the bun, and you've got a nice 4 carb breakfast (though it is higher in fat than I'd like, even on low-carb).

I also realized that some of the fat probably comes from butter/margarine on the bun... so skipping the bun seems like an even better idea...
