Me too. I'm a diabetic and I don't eat bread and if I do its low carb (about 5 grams per slice). I can't eat white potatoes but can treat myself to sweet potatoes once in a while. NO Pasta either. Only thing I really miss and it really hurts me is PIZZA!
Eat the top ONLY. That's what I do. Always make sure you order an extra-large so that there's enough to fill you up.
