Marbury clearly says The Constitution is"an instrument as a rule for the government of courts,as well as of the Legislature."How else could it be Supreme Law of the Land?"

That's what we want to believe, however, the Supreme Court has taken it upon itself to interject, adopt, and ratify foreign laws to set precedences.

We need to vote out (impeach, if necessary) of office those elected official who no longer fulfill their oath of office to "support and defend the Constitution of America."

Agreed -but I fear most Americans are like the President
afraid to interpret the Constitution according to it's clear language. Afraid to use it as a measure for the
Court decisions.
