I posted the whole article, specifically because you claim I am only picking and choosing. I notice you are trying to do the same. It took you a while to find somewhere you could find a loophole. That is what you are looking for, isn't it?

Ask a lawyer, or an ME, If MICHAEL said NO, would the ME listen?

Nowhere do I see anything that says the ME will conduct an autopsy at the request of and for the benefit of the husband to please the public, giving an analysis of the amount of BRAIN DAMAGE or an analysis of whether the patient was in PVS or not.

Do you?

A loophole? I gave you a link to the applicable law. That's not my idea of a loophole. And, yes, if you read the whole link it does provide for the situation where the family requests an autopsy.
