Despite Rush's contradictions, no court ever found Clinton/Reno of violating any law. Executive Power was upheld under Separation of Powers.
Clinton used it for a bad purpose IMO, so I think Bush can and should use it for a good purpose IMO. It is now the courts that are acting Illegally by ignoring Congress and the President.
