I wish to God the judges would order the tubes reinserted while they evaluate the underlying issue! Anyone know if a separate filing for temporary reinsertion has been made? Or can the judges on their own ask the tubes be inserted while they evaluate the underlying issue?

There is little information on any of this. Meanwhile, the Florida senate is eating lunch. I can't think of anything that has exposed our culture more than this... EVER. I think our ONLY hope is with this new plea to the 11th Circuit. It's come quietly overnight. I didn't expect it but it just may be a hope because it was unseen.
