All we need is the 11th to reverse the district court's decision based on the error made when they ignored the congressional bill...then they will order the tube back in and remand to the district court for a de novo trial. I am not sure however if they will hold a hearing first as to the injunction...if so, that is what we are waiting for....LORD HELP TERRI TO HANG ON!
Fox saying if the 11th agrees to hear the appeal, that the feeding tube will be restarted immediately.
Has anyone seen a copy of the appeal?
